By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 





Orders are only processed after payment confirmation. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email confirming that the order has been processed. It may take a few days for the payment to be processed in your account.

To make a payment at our website you must use PayPal, Stripe or all major International credit cards through Stripe

All payments through PayPal are taken in EUR (€) and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank.



Free shipping on orders over 70€.

We will endeavour to process all orders the following 1-2 weeks, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

The shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks, if your address is in Portugal or in some locations in Europe, and a maximum of 30 days for the rest of the world.

You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been dispatched.

Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout.

For international orders, additional fees may be charged by the companies that provide services for us.

All our products are quality checked when they are produced and when they are dispatched. If the item is damaged after usage we cannot be held accountable.

Customers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 13-days of purchase provided items are in original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition when buying online. 

All damages must be reported by email: upheaval.art@gmail.com. within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In case of proven damage, and according to the availability of the goods online, you can choose either to return the goods or exchange it.

Please Email us at upheaval.art@gmail.com to request a return. Original shipping cost and return postage cost are non-refundable.When a exchange is requested the product must be in a original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition. All postage/custom charges must be fronted by the customer.

Refunds are not available via in-store purchases. We will only offer exchanges or store credit.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Any damage caused after this is not the responsibility of upheaval.art. All our products are quality checked.

Items must be returned at the customer's expense. Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

If there is damage reported to us that allows us to proceed with the return or if you return goods within 14 days of receiving them, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are well received. Returns are processed within two weeks, but refunds might take up to 2 additional working days to show in your account.

In case of payments made through PayPal, we will refund you according to the rules and methods used by the providers of PayPal. 

All returns allowed by upheaval.art should be made by post and upon following our instructions in order to protect the goods and send them to the address we will provide you. If we realize that any goods are sent back to us with damage or loss or in conditions that prevent us from putting them back to the sale, which was not caused by us, you may not be entitled to refund.

Please be aware that as an independent brand we cannot go against the above policy, once the order is confirmed you have agreed to accept the above return policy.
